All orders will be delivered on the day requested to the best of our ability. If we are unable to complete the delivery on the day requested we will contact you to set up an alternate delivery date and time. Please keep in mind there are a limited number of delivery slots per day and these will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
You may contact any location to schedule your delivery. We ask that you provide us with 72 hours (3 full business days) notice of your desired delivery time.
Information
Area for dump must be hard (pavement, packed gravel or cement) level surface and have ample clearance for truck width, length and raising the dump bed. Someone must be present on day/time of delivery (phone confirmation will be made prior to delivery). Street dumping regulated by local ordinance. (Please Note: the customer is responsible for any and/or all charges or fees due to undeliverable product shipments not meeting the above criteria).
Truck Capacities (maximum per delivery): Mulch 15-20 yards; Compost & Blends 7-12 yards; Soils 3-7 yards.

Delivery times can be scheduled AM or PM and requested up to 30 days in advance. Once the delivery has been scheduled (AM or PM) and confirmation sent, we will contact you on the day of delivery and provide a window timeline.
Orders requesting more than one product for delivery may result in product mixing and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Charges
Delivery Fee: 0 – 10 miles $55.00; greater than 10 miles is $6.00 per mile (one way). $150 minimum purchase (including $105 material & $55 delivery fee) required for delivery. Payment is due at time of delivery: Cash, Check, Visa, MC, AMEX, or Discover.

Liability
Asheville Mulch Yard is committed to safety and property protection, therefore, our trained delivery drivers are instructed to have a level hard surface (asphalt, concrete or packed gravel) with ample clearing before dumping. Delivery of all products is at the discretion of the driver unless specifically waived by the property owner or designated representative. Any other dumping site requested will require a signed waiver releasing Asheville Mulch Yard of all liability and expenses for property and vehicle damage. All towing expenses will be the responsibility of the property owner.
Due to inclement weather, the ARDEN (South) and SWANNANA (East) are closed April, 11th.
